artcamp provides a space for artistic processes and social reflection. The focus is on artistic dialogue, cultural exchange, and the collaborative development of innovative forms of expression.

At artcamp, artists from various disciplines, cultural backgrounds, and educational paths come together for a week of intensive work and interaction!
What makes artcamp special is the opportunity to experiment with artistic concepts and to directly experience both individual and collaborative working processes. Facilitated discussion groups, workshops, and short presentations support these creative processes.
This artistic exchange is closely linked to social reflection. The focus is on a theme developed collaboratively by the participants that addresses current social, political, and cultural issues.
The artcamp sees itself as an open workshop for painting, sculpture, and other forms of artistic expression. It creates space for new perspectives, strengthens individual practice, and at the same time fosters collective dialogue.
The artists explore new tools and platforms—their movement (and mobility) remains an indispensable component of both individual and collective development.
This year, the art symposium is becoming even more international! We are expecting artists from West Asia—including Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Lebanon. Of course, artists from Germany will be represented, and artists from neighboring EU countries will also be participating!
Open to the Public
A key feature of the artcamp is the ongoing exchange with the public. Throughout the week, visitors are invited to witness the creative process, engage in conversation with the artists, and participate in workshops.
In addition, there will be program events—announcements to follow!
Closing Exhibition
