ARTe Kunstmesse Wiesbaden 2026

In 2026, art lovers can once again look forward to contemporary art and works of classical modernism at the ARTe Art Fair in Wiesbaden. With nearly 5,000 square meters of exhibition space, the Wiesbaden edition is the largest of the six ARTe art fairs. From September 11 to 13, 2026, the RheinMain CongressCenter will once again be transformed into a showcase for 150 selected galleries and artists, attracting 5,000 visitors annually. Last year, attendance even surpassed the record high of over 7,000 art enthusiasts for the first time.

Set amid state-of-the-art architecture and event technology, the ARTe Art Fair Wiesbaden, with its open and airy booth design in the heart of the city, invites visitors to experience artistic lightheartedness. The sales fair offers direct dialogue with galleries and artists, as well as the opportunity to purchase all exhibits on the spot. Background music and culinary offerings round out the overall experience.

Visitors can discover sculptures, paintings, drawings, photographs, collages, and objects. Art enthusiasts can also learn more about the art-historical context during one of five free guided tours led by art historian Anette Ochsenwadel. Registration for these tours is available via the ARTe Art Fair website. Those who find a piece they love and purchase a work for their own home can enjoy a free wrapping service and cashless payment options.

In the light-filled foyer, the ARTe Art Fair Wiesbaden will once again present the “Wiesbaden Artists’ Pavilion” in 2026, where 20 artists from Wiesbaden will showcase their current work, giving visitors an up-to-date glimpse into the creative vitality of the Wiesbaden art scene as soon as they arrive. In the North Hall, guests can once again expect a mix of Classical Modernism, contemporary art, and—for the first time in 2026—a group of artists from Indonesia.

Tickets are already available online at a discounted price of €12 per person and are valid for the entire fair weekend, unlike tickets purchased at the box office. Groups of four and eight people can also look forward to a group discount. Those who act especially early can take advantage of the new Early Bird Ticket for €9 until August 11, 2026.

On the opening night, Friday, September 11, 2026, all visitors are invited to enjoy free admission between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After that, tickets will be available at the box office for the regular price of €15 for that day’s fair. Accompanying children under 16 may enter for free, and the reduced admission price of €12 applies to high school students, college students, retirees, and people with disabilities (including one accompanying person for those with a “B” disability designation).
