Since 2010, the Art'n'Voices ensemble has literally been committed to vocal artistry and artistic sound, winning over the audience and jury of the international a cappella competition last May: the eight singers from the Gdansk University of Music won the most recent Leipzig a cappella award with their impressive sound and high standards.
Leipzig a cappella award and will return to the festival for a full-length prizewinners' concert. Their repertoire focus on modern vocal music - including many commissioned works and exclusive arrangements - as well as their frequent combination of music and literature have already earned the group several European vocal music awards, not least the 2021 "Fryderyk" Award, the most prestigious prize in the Polish music industry, in addition to a close connection to the Polish art scene.
