Ausstellung: Lebenselexier Glück
In the organizer's words:
Happiness can describe a feeling, a longing, or a wish: For some, it’s a talisman or a symbol; for others, a lucky coincidence or a stroke of fate. Is happiness relative? Can it be measured? Why are chimney sweeps actually considered good-luck charms? And what role do community and making others happy play?
The new exhibition “Happiness: The Elixir of Life,” created in collaboration with Dr. Clown, the hospital clowns from Bielefeld, and the Bielefeld Historical Museum, answers these and many other questions and invites visitors to explore, interpret, and experience the theme of happiness from different perspectives. Through January 31, 2027, visitors to the Volksbank lobby can embark on a journey into happiness and even become part of the exhibition themselves through various interactive stations.
The exhibition is free to visit during the Volksbank lobby’s opening hours.
Guided tours and various accompanying events will take place regularly throughout the exhibition’s run.
