In his works, Swiss artist Dominik Rutz explores the multifaceted aspects of human existence. His work centers on emotions, memories, identity, and the often contradictory states that shape the human condition.
Using his signature dotwork and halftone techniques, he creates images from thousands of individual dots, combining technical precision with depth of meaning. His works invite viewers to look beyond the visible surface and engage with questions of perception, truth, and personal identity.
At Nissi’s Kunstkantine, he is presenting his new series*Smile Now, Cry Later* for the first time, which explores the tension between outward presentation and inner feelings.
Vadim Lazarev, born in Moldova, is one of his country’s internationally successful contemporary artists. His large-format, vividly colored paintings are characterized by an expressive visual language and a powerful emotional presence.
For Lazarev, art is a form of communication that connects people through feelings, moods, and personal experiences. With dynamic compositions and a sure sense of color, he creates works that impress with both their visual power and their emotional depth.
His works have been featured in numerous exhibitions in Moldova and Germany and are now part of international private collections.
Stella Krolis 18 years old and is currently in school. Afterward, she plans to study art in northern Germany.
For her, painting is a natural part of everyday life and an indispensable means of expression. Her works arise freely from her imagination and draw on personal experiences, feelings, thoughts, and her immediate surroundings. Where words fall short, her paintings take over the communication.
She works primarily with oil and acrylic on canvas, supplemented by numerous drawings in sketchbooks. An intensive exploration of drawing formed the foundation for the development of her distinctive style.
