In the organizer's words:
The temporary exhibition "Heavy Metal in the GDR" takes a look at the everyday lives of fans and bands in the metal scene in the GDR and East Germany. During the one-hour tour, you will discover the most important stages: What makes heavy metal a way of life? What harassment were fans and bands subjected to in the GDR? What happened to the scene after 1989/90?
Places are limited. Please register at the information desk in the museum.
