Series of nine drawings and other works on paper

The OskarEtage1 e.V. invites you to the opening of the exhibition SFUMATI in the oskarKulturhaus on December 6, 2025 from 5 pm. We look forward to a nice get-together and exchange. The artist Antonello Curcio will be present. The evening will be accompanied musically by Fräulein Odetta with her ukulele.

At the end of the year, OskarEtage1 e.V. is thus launching its series of exhibitions and other cultural events, which will continue to showcase artists from the region in a variety of ways in 2026. Everyone who wants to meet and enjoy a colorful cultural scene is invited to attend.

The exhibition will be accessible on weekdays during normal business hours.

Exhibition: Antonello Curcio is showing a series of nine drawings in the oskarKulturhaus Etage1, which depict an industrial landscape of the Ruhr area using light and shadow and geometric motifs. In addition to this series, other drawings on paper will also be on display, reflecting the artist's versatility. Born in Italy in 1969, the artist lives and works in Hattingen. After studying at the Düsseldorf Art Academy under Jannis Kounellis and Daniel Buren (academy certificate), he has shown his work in various solo exhibitions in Germany and abroad. His approach is often site-specific.
