Oysters & Crémant – Your Summer Evening in the Wiehre

On Thursday,August 6, 2026, we’re teaming up with theAusternbrüderto invite you to a special after-work gathering here in Freiburg’s Wiehre neighborhood.

Starting at5 p.m., it’s all about“Oysters & Crémant”: arrive, raise a glass, and enjoy the summer. The Austernbrüder will serve you fresh oysters, and we’ll pour delicious Crémant and select wines.

For this evening, we’re transforming our outdoor area into a small, cozy summer terrace—complete with string lights, wine barrels, wine crates, and a relaxed after-work atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind with good company after work and let the day come to a close with a glass of Crémant.

Of course, you’re also welcome to stop by our shop that evening and browse at your leisure. Our location used to be the old Bromberg Pharmacy for over 60 years and has been lovingly renovated by us. Today, it’s a unique blend of studio and wine bar: warm lighting, good music, our wine bar, and many creative details create a cozy and inspiring atmosphere.

So not only can you enjoy the summer outdoors, but you can also discover indoors what makes wein&werk a hub for creativity, enjoyment, and celebration in Freiburg.

We’ve also got something for everyone who prefers not to drink alcohol: we offer non-alcoholic sparkling wine and non-alcoholic wines. For our younger guests, we have juice.
