After 13 semesters, the time has come! On February 13, 2026, I will officially graduate from HMT and play my bachelor's concert at Horns Erben. If there has been one musical constant over the last six and a half years, it is the trio with Josef and Henri. You can hear music from our last album "Eigengrau" as well as lots of new pieces. Come along, I'm looking forward to seeing you :)

"A new hope of German jazz", recognized MDR Kultur, which Deutschlandfunk further enhanced: "a band that will take off like a rocket." The American Downbeat heard "excitement and enthusiasm" in Vincent Meissner's 2021 debut album "Bewegtes Feld", produced by his mentor Michael Wollny. It all began in 2017, when Henri (2002) and Vincent (2000) met at the music school in Dresden to jam and make music together. Two years later, in 2019, Josef (1998) joined the band. Today, Henri and Vincent are studying music in Leipzig, and Josef, who has just completed his master's degree in Basel, has moved to Paris. Their music is about conveying impressions of the present beyond words and evoking emotional experiences that go beyond the tangible moment - in a completely natural way. In addition to numerous awards, such as the "Förderpreis der Deutschen Jazzunion" (2019), the "Mitteldeutschen Deutschen Jazzpreis" (2020), 1st place at the "Junge Münchner Jazzpreis" (2021) or 1st place at the "International Biberacher Jazzpreis" (2022), the band recently released their latest record "Eigengrau" as a logical continuation in July this year, followed by their second studio album "Wille" (ACT 2023).
