The BackHaus concerts take place every 2 months on the 2nd Thursday of the 2nd month. A wide variety of chamber music ensembles from Sinfonia Leipzig perform a 1-hour program in the atrium of the Lukas Bäcker branch on Augustusplatz at 8:00 pm. In the spirit of sustainability and well-being, Lukas Bäcker is making its unsold baked goods available to us free of charge. So you can enjoy not only music, but also culinary delights. We will announce which ensembles will be playing in good time. In order to make classical music accessible to as many people as possible, we do not want to differentiate ticket prices according to seating categories, but rather according to personal possibilities. We leave it up to the audience to decide how much each individual can/will pay for a ticket.
