Known through viral TikTok videos and reels on Instagram, the Freiburg musician TOBIJ is now on stage for the second time with a full solo program 🎤

Born in Heidelberg and now based in Freiburg, he mixes warm synthesizers from the 70s, driving drum machines from the 80s and his own productions from today. His musical journey began as a child, where he first learned to sing and play the drums, and later the trombone and piano. TOBIJ found his way to his audience via social media and eventually to his own music. There he had his breakthrough in 2021 with the improvised setting of corona curves. His debut EP Dopamine followed in early 2025, which he wrote, produced and mixed entirely by himself - a musical debut that combines retro vibes and modern pop aesthetics.

With voice, live loops and a handful of instruments, he now takes to the stage. There, TOBIJ creates an entire evening on his own. Stylistically, his music moves between pop, neo-soul, funk and electronic elements. 🎹🎷🥁🎤

As a pre-act, Freiburg newcomer Lukas Spinner will open the evening with catchy melodies, true-to-life themes and lyrics to empathize with on the guitar 🎶
