From Sufi Dub to Tanzanian Bongo Flava to Balochi Benjo sounds from Pakistan: the open-air music festival DURCHLÜFTEN presents concerts and DJ sets across continents and borders on four summer weekends (18 JULY - 10 AUGUST), each Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 19:00 in the inner courtyard of the Humboldt Forum - for free and outdoors.
BantuSoul All Star Band
Rhythmic bass lines, touching griot singing, true stories and powerful messages: BantuSoul All Star Band are a collective of musicians of African descent and allies in sound. The musicians Ekow Alabi Savage, Batila, Regis Molina and Dodo NKishi have come together to share their stories and musical traditions. Together they create a unique sound that moves effortlessly between metropolises and peripheries, continents and musical cultures, taking us on an empathetic journey.
