The little chicken to great fortune - The impoverished lord of Wildenburg Castle is up to his neck in debt. So he is delighted when he gets rid of a supposedly worthless porcelain chicken for an impressive 2,500 euros on the antiques show "Suche Bares - Biete Rares!".

But the joy doesn't last long, because the chicken is actually worth millions!

Worse still, his wife knows nothing about the deal and has already promised the poultry to her snobbish aunt. While he tries to get the chicken back, the halls of the castle fill up with suspicious characters who have also smelled a rat.

A turbulent hunt for the hens breaks out, in which everyone tries to steal the precious hens with cunning and trickery.

A crime comedy that explores the question of which came first: The chicken or the greed?
