In this three-hour intensive workshop, you will uncover the secret. Together with a professional barista from ROEN Kaffee, you will work directly on the portafilter machine - and finally understand why grind, tamping and extraction make the difference.
What you can expect
The workshop begins with a tasting session to sharpen your senses. You will learn to recognize a perfect extraction - by the taste, not just by the stopwatch.
Then it's down to the nitty-gritty: you adjust the grind, tamp correctly, take several shots and correct errors in real time. We then show you how to make creamy microfoam - for cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato at café level.
Finally, you'll find out how to look after your machine so that it delivers this quality in the long term.
