No one can tell such outlandish tall tales with the most sincere expression in the world quite like Baron von Münchhausen. And how did he end up in Hamburg? Did he fly in on a cannonball? Did he pull himself out of a swamp by his own hair? Did he emerge from the Elbe on the back of a whale? Is he perhaps coming straight from the moon? Was he dismissed from hell without notice? We plan to bring these and even more unbelievable and monstrous tales to life in Hamburg’s city parks in the summer of 2026.
