Ongoing Course / Weekly Classes:Authentic Oriental Dance led by Turkish dancer Aslı Han

Turkish Belly Dance (Oryantal Dans) is a vibrant style that blends powerful technique with elegance. Deepen your technique, work on body isolations, turns, head movements, floorwork, and more! Through challenging choreographies, you’ll explore musical interpretation, stage presence, and expressive gestures. Elements of the Turkish Romani style may also be incorporated.

Right before this class, we offer the Turkish Romani Dance (Roman Havası) class!

Aslı Han is a certified dancer who completed her dance training with the Bundesverband Orientalischer Tanz e.V. (Federal Association of Oriental Dance). She has been performing on stages and at events for over ten years and is also the event organizer of the B-Fest.

Each class combines effective warm-ups, dance technique, choreography, and fascinating insights into dance theory to create a varied workout that enhances body awareness, posture, endurance, and expression. Every session concludes with a relaxing cool-down.
