Beats and Images – Free “Kulturrucksack” Workshop During Summer Break for Young Media Artists

WHAT:

In this workshop, we’ll experiment with samplers, synthesizers, drum machines, and effects units to create beats, loops, and tracks. We’ll use tablets and cell phones to take photos and videos and project them live using projectors. With apps like Tagtool and ShotCut, we’ll combine sound and visuals into a collaborative performance. On the last day, we’ll present our sound and visual experiments at the Artists’ House.
