Bernd Kohlhepp & Uli Boettcher: Winnetou IV - Old Shatterhand will nicht sterben

In the organizer's words:

Winnetou is immortal - you can't say that about Mr. Boettcher and Mr. Kohlhepp. It's been 15 years since the two put their brilliant Apache cabaret on stage.

But in a time in which libraries let disappear clammheimlich their Karl May existence, the duo remembers again its largest successes WINNETOU IV and places itself the large questions of the time.

Are old, white men allowed to play young indigenous natives who go hunting for bad guys? After a certain age, is Botox a better solution than the photo-Ki of the cell phone camera? And: Is pemmican as food a climate-friendly solution for moral, spry vegans? And over all hovers the important question: Are they actually allowed to do that?

Maybe they are not allowed to. But they're doing it anyway.

One thing's for sure: it's going to be a lot of fun - right to the bitter end.
