In the organizer's words:
Betti Kruse stands for New German Beat Music. Inspired by James Last's easy listening sound, the rapturously snotty lyrics of Hildegard Knef and the casually laid-back guitars of the Motown era, Betti Kruse writes songs together with her producer Taco van Hettinga that the radio station ByteFM describes as "cool chanson hits", "which unfortunately nobody made in the 60s and 70s". How good that we live in 2025 and can see and hear Betti Kruse.
