Art and culture - technology & critical imagination in digital space

With "B3Y0ND 7H3 FR4M3", Current Works invites you to a performative vernissage that consistently breaks away from classic exhibition openings.

In addition to the classic positions, immersive live performances with virtual and augmented reality will be shown, accompanied by pointed pitches from art and cultural mediation. Artists and mediators will not only present their work, but also videos from the project context that document and critically examine processes with VR and AR, among other things.

Together we will raise questions:

How does art negotiate power, body and code in the digital age?

An evening between presence and projection, subversion and vision.

Between performance, discussion and experiential space, a temporary laboratory will be created that invites visitors to adopt new perspectives on the digital, the human and the political.
