𝘉𝘐𝘊𝘏𝘖 𝘙𝘈𝘙𝘖: Performance by Danilo Andrés

In *BICHO RARO*, Danilo Andrés explores the visual world of bodybuilding, the rituals of training, and the associated body ideals. The performance navigates the tension between contemporary body culture and queer perspectives on physicality. The focus is not on a fixed, perfected body, but rather on the fundamental question of how bodies are conceived, shaped, and perceived.

Drawing on influences from underground comics, posthumanism, and cyberpunk, the piece creates a multi-layered, dark, and at the same time transformative “body science fiction.” Somatic experiences combine with elements of punk and horror to create new, malleable body images. BICHO RARO explores change, mutation, and the human being as an open system in constant motion.

The performance takes place as part of the exhibition *after the last ready-made*.
