The world of work is changing. The new work culture demands new places, new communication, new collaboration, new (self-)leadership and new goals. "Purpose" is becoming the central anchor of every organization. But how can we shape the working world of tomorrow?
We created BIG & GROWING in Leipzig to find answers to this question. In unique formats, we engage all relevant stakeholders to draw a positive vision of the future of work - a future in which people and organizations grow together.

Big & Growing is a movement for a better world of work and hosts the largest conference on the future of work in the German-speaking world. We connect the scene for the transformation of work in the DACH region. With over 5,000 visitors annually, we see ourselves as a voice, home and source of energy for a new way of working and a sustainable economy.

BIG & GROWING - The New Work Festival takes place in several cities. In Leipzig, a team consisting of Romy Wuttke, Katharina Schwalbe and Cindy Klärig is organizing BIG & GROWING Leipzig for you.
