Big & Growing New Work Festival Stuttgart

The Big & Growing New Work Festival is an annual New Work conference organized on a voluntary basis with decentralized chapters throughout Germany and Switzerland.

The aim of the festival is to connect people with an interest in the topic of New Work and to bring them into a real exchange. We want to discuss, think, learn and have fun together while exploring the question: how can we shape the working world of tomorrow together?

THE EVENT

Big & Growing is a movement for a better world of work and hosts the largest conference on the future of work in the German-speaking world. The world of work is changing. The new work culture demands new places, new communication, new collaboration, new (self-)leadership and new goals. "Purpose" is becoming the central anchor of every organization. But how can we shape the working world of tomorrow?

We launched Big & Growing in Stuttgart to find answers to this question. We bring together all relevant stakeholders to develop a positive vision of the future of work in interactive workshops.

This year's Big & Growing New Work Festival Stuttgart comprises 3 thematic blocks, which can be booked individually:

THEME BLOCK 1: Culture & Leadership

In a working world that is subject to increasingly rapid change, innovative leadership concepts and a positive corporate culture are crucial to effectively manage employees and successfully navigate through change.

The thematic block "Culture & Leadership" offers practical impulses and interactive workshops to develop a new kind of (self-)leadership and culture based on meaning, motivation and adaptability.
