In the organizer's words:
Little People, Big Pictures:The popular “Picture Book Cinema” event series takes place once a month, free of charge, in the children’s section of the Siegburg City Library and is suitable for all children interested in picture books. Space is limited. Registration opens no earlier than one week before the event via the button that will be activated at that time.
Please register both your child and yourself, and have your tickets ready upon entry (digital or paper)!
To allow as many children as possible to attend our Picture Book Cinema, we ask that your children be accompanied to the children’s library by just one person, if possible. Feel free to visit our café or browse our shelves yourself 😉.
Here’s what it’s about:
“That doesn’t count!”—the Rainbow Fish swims away in a huff when he’s found first during a game of hide-and-seek. The little blue fish—who had been so proud just a moment ago—is left behind, disappointed and sad.
The Rainbow Fish first has to learn that you can’t always win. And being a good loser—being able to let someone else have their moment of success—isn’t that easy at all!
It’s a good thing the Rainbow Fish has friends to help him with that.
Afterward, kids are welcome to play, draw, and browse in the library until 5 p.m. There are many more stories to discover on our shelves—and with a library card, you can even borrow them to take home.
Registration, tickets, and availability for our events are available through ourVivenu ticketing system.
Please note that the number of available tickets may vary due to possible cancellations.
