Biodanza is first and foremost about having fun dancing - feeling yourself, moving freely and recharging your batteries in togetherness. In every class we dance to a variety of music - sometimes calm and flowing, sometimes lively and powerful. Sometimes alone, sometimes in pairs and sometimes with everyone. The individual dances help you to become more aware of your body, let go of stress and move more freely.
