Biodanza - the dance of life
...invites you to dance in a wonderful place, on the meadow and under the canopy*, to ignite your joie de vivre, liveliness and desire for togetherness in lightness.
Previous dance experience, fitness, learning step sequences or similar are not required.
A desire to move to different music, with different people and to have new experiences are the best prerequisites.
You are very welcome, even if you previously thought "you couldn't dance" or are a frequent dancer.

*If the weather is unstable, we dance under a tent roof
If you like, and this is highly recommended, you can enjoy the location and the delicacies in the garden café beforehand and get in the mood for Biodanza.
