In the organizer's words:
Blaudzun, the pseudonym of Dutch singer-songwriter Johannes Sigmond, combines indie rock and pop with poetic lyrics and a distinctive voice in his music. His sixth album, LONELY CITY EXIT WOUNDS (2022), received rave reviews. Since his album Seadrift Soundmachine (2010), he and his band have impressed with live performances in Europe. He received his first gold record for Heavy Flowers (2012). Blaudzun has won several prizes, including the Edison Award. His seventh album Latter Days will be released on October 18, 2024.
