In the organizer's words:
As part of the Blue Hour series, a special musical experience awaits you at St. Thomas Church in Berlin.
As our guest we welcome the vocal quintet Ensembleu, which presents works for and about spring. The program combines the sound world of the organ with the expressive power of singing and spans an arc from the Renaissance to the Romantic period. It also includes compositions by women whose music is all too rarely heard.
St. Thomas Church, the largest church in Kreuzberg, with its impressive architecture and exceptional acoustics, offers the ideal space for this special concert.
Look forward to an atmospheric evening full of musical discoveries and spring-like sounds.
