Emil Miszk graduated from the Feliks Nowowiejski State Music High School in Gdansk and studied trumpet at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music. Percussionist Sławek Koryzno is just as closely associated with the music scene in the Tricity. He is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Gdansk, where he studied jazz and stage music in Tomasz Sowiński's class. The concert takes place as part of the arabesques festival and the "Jazz in den Gängen" series, organized by JazzDayGermany e.V. in cooperation with the Gängeviertel and the Jazz Federation Hamburg, sponsored by arabesques-hamburg e.V. and the Foundation for German-Polish Cooperation.
