Blumenpanel in Foundation Paper Piecing

Do you already have sewing experience and want to work in a more precise, complex and playful way? In this
this workshop we will sew a modern flower panel using the Foundation Paper Piecing technique. By
working on paper creates precise shapes, striking lines and exciting geometric flower elements

Together we assemble several FPP blocks to create a decorative panel. In the process
we deal with:

• working cleanly with foundation paper piecing
• Precise assembly of complex segments
• color and fabric effects within geometric patterns
• working with small patchwork pieces and exact seam allowances

The finished panel can later be used as a mini quilt, cushion front, wall hanging or centerpiece of a larger quilt.

Prerequisites:
The workshop is expressly not aimed at beginners. Confident working on the sewing
sewing machine is a prerequisite. Some experience with paper piecing is helpful, but not
necessary.
