Bodypercussion Workshops

In the organizer's words:

Do you fancy body percussion? Then you've come to the right place!
On 31.05 there will be 2 body percussion workshops in Hanover in the beautiful tanzRAUM Faust. You can take part individually or combine the two.

Workshop 1 (11 am - 1 pm)
Are you in the mood for rhythm, groove and movement? Then you've come to the right place. In this two-hour workshop, you will get an introduction to the world of body percussion: basic sounds, rhythms and your first grooves. The focus is on shared experiences, playful experimentation and having fun with rhythm - without any pressure, but with lots of drive and energy. The workshop is aimed at anyone interested, with or without previous experience.

Workshop 2 (14-16 h)
In this workshop, your body becomes the ultimate instrument. Rhythm is created in the moment with our own body sounds. Through playful
improvisation, creative impulses and groove circles create a space in which spontaneous interaction and genuine group energy can be experienced in making music together. The focus is on interaction, listening and the courage to contribute your own rhythmic ideas. With or without previous experience: this workshop invites you to experience rhythm in motion, to expand your own expressiveness and to become part of a pulsating, creative community. Come along, switch off your head and let the groove take over!
