Boßeln und Bessenschmieten

In the organizer's words:

Immerse yourself in the traditions of East Frisia!
Boßeln is about throwing a ball over a certain distance with as few throws as possible. Bessenschmieten involves throwing the head of a brushwood broom with momentum - whoever throws it the furthest wins.

Together, we take to the streets with a handcart and a good mood, enjoying fresh air, sporting ambition and lots of fun.

Of course, refreshing drinks and snacks are not to be missed - the physical well-being is well taken care of!
