Bonvivant stands for modern, vegetarian and vegan cuisine at a fine-dining level - accompanied by award-winning cocktail pairings. Head chef Nikodemus Berger and bar manager Elias Heintz combine seasonal ingredients with artisanal finesse.
Wanda, now run solely by Marion Klammer, is a Berlin pop-up that consistently serves vegan and gluten-free dishes - colorful, well thought-out and without compromise. As a chef with coeliac disease, Marion knows exactly what is important when it comes to gluten-free cuisine. Her dishes are inspired by her work in top-class kitchens and stand for variety, inclusion and a real taste experience.
