Burg a.F.: As a bird, he chirps across the stage and sings a lament in a dark voice, telling the story of what happened to the little girl Little Red Riding Hood after she returned home, of the misfortune of the unlucky and the happiness of the hopeful.
This is the 18th time that Bosche has been in the hall of the Senator-Thomsen-Haus to take people into other worlds with his quiet and special art and to make tears of joy, compassion or self-pity flow down their cheeks with just a gentle nudge, without much fuss. And always with a little smile.
As they say: my grandmother used to open the doors to the realm of fantasy with her stories, today I open them for you.

Known and unknown fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm

The year is 1812 and the Brothers Grimm have collected fairy tales, put them into readable form and presented them to the public.
At the same time, they took a big step towards the standardized German language that they had been working on for so many years.

The year is 2025.
Gerhard P. Bosche has plucked the words of the fairy tales from the pages of the collection and hands them over to the listeners. Hands tell stories, bodies convey moods. Faces entice and seduce with seriousness and elegance, wit and charm. The spoken word dominates the scene, creates space for individual images and combines fantasy and reality. Cinema in your head. You forget the person sitting next to you, your companion and, instead of just having a good time, everyone sets off on their own fairytale journey - startled - but Bosche supports you, throws in new words, makes comments, gives you images. He is always there and attentive.
M. Kümmel said of Bosche: "You'd better not leave your wits at the checkroom for his performances!"
