What you can expect:

An event for anyone who is curious to get to know their breath in a new way - no previous experience necessary. You will receive practical exercises for everyday life and be equipped with background knowledge. You will learn how your breath works, what it triggers in your body and how you can consciously use it for more calm, stamina, focus and energy. This is followed by a 1-hour Transformative Breathwork session.

Part 1: Getting to know & understand

- How does breathing affect your nervous system?

- Why do we breathe differently when we are stressed?

- Which simple techniques really help in everyday life?

- How can you prevent snoring and fall asleep faster, deeper

Part 2: Sensing - 60-minute guided breathwork session

You try out a one-hour, guided transformative breathing session:

- Step-by-step guide

- Noise-canceling headphones with music for an intense experience

- Space to feel your body in a new way and connect with your subconscious

- Everything can, nothing must.

Part 3: Reflection - time to put the experience into context

After the session, you have space for yourself or for sharing:

- How do you feel?

- What surprised you?

- What can you take away?

There will be tea & a small snack.

- Sleep mask

- Water bottle

- Comfortable, loose clothing

- A notebook and a pen
