Uninfluenced by the competitive scene in the larger cities, the founders crossed paths at Luna Club Kiel. The group of friends set themselves the task of creating a platform for up-and-coming, mostly local artists in the field of electronic music with Empore Music .

The club feeling, as experienced in the Luna Club, was to be brought to the clubs of this world. With this goal in mind and the high quality standards in the selection of music, many fans have been reached on an international level over the years and a network has been built up between them and the artists, agencies and partners. And so the team behind the independent music label Empore from the small coastal town of Kiel is making waves in international waters.

They also wanted the artwork to match the high quality that the label ascribes to its music, which is why they entered into a collaboration with Kiel-based artist J.R. Schneider. When developing each design, the team draws on the artist's collection, which dates back to the early seventies and has been documented in top quality.

With numerous releases, the label is making its way in the music world and hopes to continue to share its idea of a musical journey with every open ear.
