Bookbinding course for beginners and lateral entrants, ranging from the material science of paper, basic techniques of folding, stitching and book construction, to glue-free binding suitable for everyday use.

In particular, techniques are taught that can also be useful after the course, independent of large machines or a workshop: for your own notebooks, photo albums or gifts.

The course includes exercise book stitching, Coptic binding and Japanese book block binding.

• Previous knowledge and your own bookbinding tools are welcome, but are not a prerequisite for participation
