Dear future enthusiasts,

What is important to us? How do we want to shape our lives? How to live my future? What do we need for a good life and living together? We want to address all these questions together with you at a new festival that we are launching in June. Determine our position in the here and now for the future. In the "Büchse26", our home as Renitenztheater, as a lively place of encounter with a colorful, varied program, with talks, with an open-air day, with a theme evening for the opening, with music, joy and attitude. The climate crisis is comprehensive and global. It affects everyone and everything. So humanity is under threat. Who is to blame? We ourselves.

The rapid reaction force of science therefore has a lot of work ahead of it. They set off in search of PLANET B. Peer reviewed, with functioning experiments, real scientists and jokes they made up themselves. MC Martin Puntigam (cabaret artist & lecturer at the University of Graz), Dr. Florian Freistetter (astronomy) and Dr. Martin Moder (molecular biology) explain and demonstrate:

Can we think faster than our brain? How do we greet aliens correctly? How do you bread a grilled chicken - scientifically - correctly? Are camels anti-vaccination? How do you actually come up with something? How do you check if it's true? Can shooting stars make a wish when they see a person? And: What should a fish do if its riverbed is standing on a vein of water? With DIY oxygen catastrophe, flame hell for beginners, on-stage volcanic eruption and a homeopathic drunken stupor! Because science is what's true even if you don't believe in it.
