Interest in Buddha's timeless teachings is constantly growing. The teachings, which are over 2500 years old, enrich people at work, in the family and in partnerships. Life circumstances such as freedom, education and prosperity even offer particularly favorable conditions for applying the tools of Diamond Way Buddhism here and now. Matthias Sommerauer will explain how this works in the lecture "Buddhism in the modern world" on February 7 at 8 p.m. in the "Insel am Nordbad", Friederike-Beier-Weg 38, 01099 Dresden. After the talk, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and take part in a guided meditation. Admission costs €7.

Matthias Sommerauer has been a student of Lama Ole Nydahl for 30 years and became a Buddhist lay teacher in 2002 at his request. The now retired psychiatrist has lived at the Buddhist Center Zurich since 1998 and has a 20-year-old son. Among other things, he was involved in the construction of the seven stupas in Zurich.
