Today, a confident and professional appearance is more important than ever. Business etiquette teaches you the modern rules of good manners in a professional environment - from greetings and dress codes to smart behavior at business lunches and meetings.

In practical exercises and role plays, you will learn how to impress with style, self-confidence and charm. Special emphasis is placed on the correct behavior at receptions and business lunches/dinners - including a finger food exercise in which you train the elegant handling of small dishes and drinks.

The ticket price includes a classic stand-up reception with finger food and welcome aperitif followed by a 3-course meal including water.
