Our session is designed to gently introduce you to the world of calisthenics. We will guide you step-by-step, helping you build confidence and master the basics. You'll learn how to use the equipment effectively and safely, setting a solid foundation for your strength journey in the great outdoors.
After our workout, you're invited to stay, hang around and replenish energy with some delicious snacks.

Gia and Ainoa bring over 10 years of combined experience in strength training. As dedicated personal trainers, they have successfully guided more than 100 clients toward achieving their fitness goals and adopting healthier lifestyles.
