capella|werdenfels: Membra Jesu nostri - Dietrich Buxtehude

To get into the mood for Lent, a concert by capella|werdenfels will take place on March 8 at 19:30 in the parish church of St. Nikolaus in Murnau: the choir will perform the cantata cycle "Membra Jesu nostri" by Dietrich Buxtehude (1637-1707) with a smaller ensemble. It features outstanding musicians from the early music scene from Augsburg, Munich and Innsbruck as well as 15 choristers from capella|werdenfels from the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen under the direction of Laurent Wehrsdorf. Admission is €12, with a reduced price of €8 for trainees, pupils and students. As always, students from music schools under the age of 25 receive free admission to the capella|werdenfels concerts.
