The best way to create order is to abolish order. For Cäthe's "Party with Fear", furniture is moved, drawers are disposed of - and in the end there is no more room for control, but plenty of room for common why-therefore refrains and toast Hawaii.

Cäthe, real name Catharina Sieland, is one of the most independent voices in German-language pop. Since her debut album Ich muss gar nichts (2012), she has been moving through alternative pop, rock, jazz and electronics - always in search of the exact frequency at which everyday ecstasy and low-hanging skies meet. With Chill Out Punk (2022), she has delivered her most personal statement to date. Most recently, she was in the studio with Erdmöbeln and STOPPOK.

Live, she is in a class of her own: Cäthe and her band create a space in which letting go through connection seems like the solution to all problems. No feigned euphoria, no safe distance, just genuine energy and an invitation to join in the party.
