A concert full of cultural encounters and musical stories: Experience baroque soundscapes by Bach, Vivaldi and Marcello, which enter into a fascinating dialog with Jewish and modern compositions. Inspired by baroque synagogues in Italy, the song "Eli, Eli" and the variations of C. P. E. Bach's Spanish melody, the program spans an arc between tradition and the present. On Hanukkah, we celebrate the power of preserving spiritual identity while remaining open to new things. The musicians Menashe Lukin (Israel-Germany) and Seunghun Shin (Korea-Germany) invite you on a musical journey on which personal origins and cultural diversity come together in an inspiring dialog.
