Charlie Risso

Charlie Risso is a singer-songwriter from Genoa, Italy, who has developed her musical identity between Milan and London. Her sound is a blend of melancholic softness and dreamy synthesizers - somewhere between Sharon Van Etten and Jane Weaver.

In 2022, Charlie took part in an artist residency with Hugo Race, which led to a collaboration that culminated in her latest album "Alive". The album features guest appearances from H.E.R. and Roberto Dell'Era and marks a new phase in her musical journey with refined and expressive vocals. Her voice has been described as powerful, enchanting and emotionally stirring.

Charlie is currently working on a new album with Brian Lopez of Calexico, blending psychedelic folk and desert-inspired sounds.
