Eightchorus soloists from the Komische Oper Berlinwill guide you through the evening with a diverse musical program: Sometimes accompanied by a grand piano, sometimes a cappella, the chorus soloists will transport you into the evocative soundscape of German Romanticism and present selected works by Franz Schubert, Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, and Johannes Brahms. Recently named “Opera Choir of the Year 2025,” the choir impresses with its powerful expression, great musical diversity, and extraordinary stage presence—look forward to a very special dinner evening!

The event begins with a musically accompanied reception featuring a glass of Veuve Clicquot® in the foyer of the Westin Grand Hotel Berlin. Afterward, an exclusive 4-course menu with wine pairings awaits you in the hotel’s GRAND GARDEN—accompanied by the singing of the choir’s soloists and, hopefully, a balmy late-summer evening in Berlin.

In case of inclement weather, the event will take place on the hotel’s Beletage.

By purchasing your ticket, you’ll not only enjoy an evening full of musical and culinary highlights, but you’ll also support the Friends of the Komische Oper Berlin in their efforts to acquire a much-needed new grand piano for the Komische Oper Berlin’s chorus soloists.
