The MaJoy choir presents jazz and pop classics from its repertoire. These include pieces such as Summertime, Fly me to the moon and Beyond the sea. The selection is complemented by current pop songs.
Most of the singers and our bass under the direction of Carsten Creutzburg have been part of our group for many years. The focus is not on the show, but on the search for a balanced, expressive sound.
As support, the Southern Girls entertain with energetic swing. In addition, the band sekt_empfang from Kiel, experienced musicians from different contexts, will give well-known pop songs a jazzy touch and provide a relaxed intro.
