In the organizer's words:

Christian Ehring, known as the presenter of extra 3 and a member of the Heute Show ensemble, is coming to Hürth with his brand new solo program. And it's high time he did. Because while the country seems to be becoming increasingly divided, Ehring delivers exactly what we need: Wit, spontaneity and empathy. For this he will be awarded the German Cabaret Prize in 2026.

In the past, people used to argue, nowadays they scold and insult - it makes you want to shout: "Have you ever heard of politeness, you ass-kickers?" Ehring, too, has dealt out a lot of blows in the war of opinions, but now he wants to do the impossible: reconcile. Himself with us, us with the world, left with right - even Elmex with Aronal.

The audience can expect a highly topical show, both political and personal, clever and funny, which emphasizes not what divides us, but what unites us. For Ehring, one thing is certain: reconciliation begins with listening. Let's start - with him.
