Get in touch with local clubs and initiatives, try things out and find new exercise options for young and old.

For younger guests, there will be a hands-on workshop on skills and games that will whet their appetite for more exercise and put them in a good mood.

City of Play in Mülheim an der Ruhr Players wanted! The City of Play turns the city into a playing field. As part of the FISU World University Games, the urban art and culture program stages the public space as a place of play and invites people to join in. The City of Play creates a link between art, culture, sport and science, between urban space and sports facilities, between the Ruhr region and the world.

In Mülheim an der Ruhr, the historic railroad viaduct with its empty railroad arches and the town hall market will become an interactive art and experience space. Local and international artists are redesigning urban spaces - with large-scale murals, performative walks and participatory installations and actions.
