On 01.06. at 11 am we start the day consciously:
With Pilates on the mat, fresh air in the garden of the beautiful Studio LiVeri and with you.

After the session, we'll round off the morning together, catch up, have a drink and enjoy a little GirlsDOgether vibe in the sun. 🌞💬
You don't need any previous experience - just comfortable clothes and a desire to do something good for yourself.
